Training Capabilities
Fineod delivers field-oriented military and security training based on real operational requirements for units operating in conflict and front-line environments, where movement, security, and decision-making are conducted under constant pressure and limited margins for error.
Since 2023, Fineod has delivered mine awareness and EOD-related training to military units operating in Ukraine. Training is conducted in or near the unit’s operating environment.
Training content, scope, and duration can be adjusted to match unit role, experience level, and operational tasks.

Training topics include for example:
-
Recognition of explosive hazards in combat and rear areas
-
Identification of landmines, UXO, and improvised explosive threats
-
Booby traps and secondary devices encountered during movement
-
Basic mine and UXO clearance methods at unit level
-
Safe behavior and movement in mined or contaminated areas
-
Basic CBRN awareness, indicators, and protective measures

The focus is on enabling movement, improving survivability, and protecting personnel and equipment under combat conditions, including operations in mined, contested, and indirectly fired terrain.
Training topics include for example:
-
Mine and explosive hazards in combat terrain
-
Route clearance principles and threat recognition
-
Field fortifications and protective measures
-
Obstacle identification and reduction
-
Engineering support to maneuver units in combat operations

Explosive Hazards in Collapsed and Damaged Structures
Training focuses on enabling safe operations for fire and rescue personnel working in environments affected by explosive remnants of war.
The training addresses situations where collapsed and damaged structures may conceal unexploded ordnance, improvised explosive devices, or unstable military munitions.

Key focus areas include:
-
Recognition of explosive hazards in rubble and damaged urban environments
-
Identification of objects and materials that may indicate the presence of UXO or booby traps
-
Understanding of secondary hazards caused by structural instability combined with explosive threats
-
Safe movement and working practices in contaminated rubble environments
-
Actions to avoid when operating in areas where explosive contamination cannot be excluded

Training is designed to support rescue operations in post-conflict and high-risk environments where explosive threats may be present alongside structural collapse.
Military Police & Security
Practical training for military police and security personnel operating in active conflict and front-line environments. The focus is on threat recognition, control of dangerous individuals, and site security tasks conducted under conflict, limited resources, and elevated risk.
Training topics include for example:
-
Threat assessment and situational awareness
-
Recognition of behavioral risk indicators
-
Identification, detention, control, and safety search of dangerous persons
-
Site security and access control procedures
-
Use-of-force principles and escalation of response

Military Leadership
Leadership training for leaders operating in combat and front-line environments, where decisions are made under fire, time pressure, and uncertainty. The focus is on command responsibility, issuing clear and actionable orders, and maintaining control of the unit when information is limited and conditions are rapidly changing.
Training focus includes for example:
-
Leadership under stress, fatigue, and sustained pressure
-
Decision-making with incomplete and rapidly changing information
-
Issuing clear orders and translating intent into action
-
Responsibility, discipline, and accountability in command roles
-
Leading mixed-experience or rapidly formed units
Command Post Operations
Practical training focused on unit-level command and control and command post operations in combat and front-line environments. The training covers command post functionality under pressure, situational awareness, and the management of information and orders when communication is limited and threat levels are high.
Training focus includes for example:
-
Command and control at squad, platoon, and company level
-
Building and maintaining situational awareness
-
Squad and platoon leadership procedures
-
Issuing orders and mission briefings
-
Company command post organization and operation
