What Types of Personal Data Do We Collect?

We collect the following personal data concerning representatives of our customers or potential customers:

  • Your name

  • Your contact information: (email address and phone number)

  • The company you represent and your position within the company

  • Information related to the utilization of electronic services and content (e.g., subscribing to newsletters), technical data sent by your browser to our server (e.g., IP address, browser, browser version, the website from which you accessed our website), and cookies sent to your browser, along with associated information (for more details on cookies and similar technologies, refer to section below).

Sources of Personal Data Collection

We primarily collect personal data directly from the individuals concerned (e.g., through contact requests made on our website and business cards provided to us). Additionally, we may collect your personal data from public sources.

Basis for Processing Your Personal Data, Purposes, and Effects

The basis for processing your personal data depends on the situation and is grounded in our legitimate interests for the purposes mentioned below and, for our customers, in the contractual relationship with our Company. We will also send you electronic direct marketing messages with your consent.

If you are already our customer: The processing of your personal data is primarily for managing and maintaining customer relationships for existing customers. Your personal data is also processed for the sale and direct marketing of our products and services.

Processing your personal data enables us to better serve you. There are no other effects on your part. The legal basis for processing is the contractual relationship and/or consent.

If you are a potential customer: The purpose of processing personal data concerning potential customers is direct marketing of our services and products and conducting other sales and marketing activities, such as sending marketing messages via email.

Processing personal data of potential customers has no other effects than targeting marketing messages. The legal basis is our legitimate interest. We also perform profiling of your personal data for targeting, enhancing, and improving the quality of our marketing. Profiling allows us to tailor advertising more effectively to your interests and needs, based on factors such as your previous purchases. More information on profiling is provided in section below.

We do not process your personal data for purposes other than those stated in this statement.

Regular Disclosures and Transfers of Your Personal Data to Third Parties

We may transfer your personal data to our sales and marketing partners for email marketing, enterprise resource planning, and handling contact requests received through our website.

Our partners are allowed to process your personal data solely for marketing activities conducted on our behalf. We always ensure that our partners do not process the transferred personal data for any other purposes.

Transfers of Your Personal Data Outside the EU or European Economic Area

We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Principles of Personal Data Retention

We retain your personal data in the Register according to the following principles:

  • Personal data of our customers is kept as long as the customer relationship is active. After the termination of the customer relationship, your personal data will be retained for a maximum of one year from the end of the customer relationship.

  • Personal data of potential customers is kept in the direct marketing register as long as you hold positions related to the product or service being marketed, provided that you have not objected to direct marketing. In such cases, information about your objection to direct marketing may be retained in the direct marketing register.

  • Your personal data may be retained for a longer period if applicable legislation or our contractual obligations to third parties require a longer retention period.

Right to Prohibit and Other Rights Related to the Processing of Personal Data

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You can also provide channel-specific consents and prohibitions for direct marketing (e.g., prohibit marketing messages sent via email but allow those sent by mail).

Additionally, you have the right at any time under applicable data protection laws to:

  • be informed about the processing of your personal data;

  • access your own data and check the personal data we process about you;

  • request correction of inaccurate and incomplete personal data;

  • request the deletion of your personal data;

  • withdraw your consent and object to the processing of your personal data to the extent the processing is based on your consent;

  • object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation where the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest;

  • receive your personal data in a machine-readable format and transfer that data to another data controller, provided that you have provided the data to us, we process the data based on a contract or your consent, and the processing is carried out automatically; and

  • request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. If you withdraw your consent, it does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You can withdraw your consent as indicated in the Contacts section below. Withdrawing your consent has no other effects than preventing us from sending you direct marketing.

To exercise the aforementioned rights, you must submit your request to us as outlined in the Contacts section of this privacy policy. We may ask you to clarify your request in writing and verify your identity before processing the request. We may refuse to fulfill your request based on grounds provided by applicable law.
