What We Do and Why It Matters?
​Fineod is a training and operational support company working in mine- and UXO-contaminated and conflict-affected environments. We provide field-oriented training, mine action support services, and advisory services for organizations operating in high-risk contexts.​

We work with authorities, military and security units, humanitarian actors, and security sector operators. Our services are designed to support safe decision-making, reduce risk, and strengthen operational capability in complex and demanding environments.

What We Do
Fineod delivers practical training and operational support focused on real-world conditions. Our work includes training on explosive hazard awareness, safe movement, risk management, and operating responsibly during conflict and post-conflict situations.
In addition to training, we provide mine and UXO search and subcontracted field services, supporting licensed operators and authorities as part of larger mine action operations. We also offer online courses, consultancy, and advisory services to support preparation, knowledge sharing, and long-term capability development.
