Antti brings extensive experience in military leadership and operational training, having served as a company commander and instructor in CIED, EOD-related, Military Police, and leadership training.
Since 2023, he has delivered mine awareness and EOD-related training in Ukraine, working with military units in active operational environments.
At Fineod, Antti focuses on operational leadership, training development, and safety, ensuring that activities are realistic, structured, and aligned with operational requirements.

Aria brings strong expertise in security operations, operational coordination, and situational awareness, with experience in both civilian security work and conflict-affected environments.
Since 2023, she has delivered mine awareness and EOD-related training in Ukraine, with a focus on risk recognition, human factors, and decision-making under pressure.
At Fineod, Aria is responsible for operations, logistics, coordination, and organizational development, ensuring that work is executed efficiently, responsibly, and in close cooperation with partners.
What We Do and Why It Matters?
Fineod is a training and operational support company working in mine- and UXO-contaminated and conflict-affected environments. We provide field-oriented training, mine action support services, and advisory services for organizations operating in high-risk contexts.
We work with authorities, military and security units, humanitarian actors, and security sector operators. Our services are designed to support safe decision-making, reduce risk, and strengthen operational capability in complex and demanding environments.
What We Do
Fineod delivers practical training and operational support focused on real-world conditions. Our work includes training on explosive hazard awareness, safe movement, risk management, and operating responsibly during conflict and post-conflict situations.
In addition to training, we provide mine and UXO search and subcontracted field services, supporting licensed operators and authorities as part of larger mine action operations. We also offer online courses, consultancy, and advisory services to support preparation, knowledge sharing, and long-term capability development.

In high-risk environments, decisions are often made under pressure and with limited information. Training that is unrealistic or disconnected from operational reality can create false confidence. We believe safety work must be grounded in experience, realism, and an honest understanding of risk.
