Antti, our dynamic leader at Fineod, is a force of energy, renowned for his versatile skills in both military and civilian realms.

Bringing a vibrant mix of military leadership and project management expertise to our team, Antti has thrived as a company commander and excelled in various leadership roles within territorial units.
​
Not just stopping there, Antti has played a pivotal role in military education, teaching courses on Counter-Improvised Explosive Devices (CIED) and crafting innovative programs for IED training.
To top it off, he's recently gained fresh and valuable experience by teaching EOD in Ukraine.
​
In the civilian sector, Antti has a successful track record managing multi-million-euro projects, where his project leadership abilities shine.

At Fineod Lc, Antti takes center stage as CEO, Safety Officer, and an operational leader. His wealth of experience, visionary outlook, and steadfast commitment to excellence make him an indispensable asset to our organization.

Aria embodies a spirit of innovation and an insatiable thirst for learning here at Fineod.

Her "can-do" attitude sets the tone for our entire organization, reflecting her eagerness to tackle challenges head-on and quickly adapt to new knowledge and skills.
​
With a logistics background and a solid foundation in acquired training, Aria brings a wealth of insights into security operations and risk assessment.
She is deeply committed to the security industry, further proven by her recent completion of security steward trainer course at the Police University College.
​
Within Fineod, Aria wears many hats, taking on diverse responsibilities such as administrative management, HR, logistics, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
​
Her journey exemplifies what passion, enthusiasm, and adaptability can achieve. Aria's innovative problem-solving skills have led to the design and construction of a C-IED test room in a residential area project in Uusimaa, setting new benchmarks in security practices.
​
Furthermore, she has handcrafted a one-of-a-kind body cavity bomb (BCB) training doll for the same project, elevating the quality of C-IED training in the test room and underlining her unwavering commitment to advancing safety and security standards.
​
Additionally, Aria has recently gained valuable experience training EOD in Ukraine, further enriching her expertise in the field.
